Last week, our BIM manager, Alexander Wellenhofer, held a guest lecture on “BIM in infrastructure engineering – implementation in practice” at the HM University of Applied Sciences in Munich.  

Students from the bachelor’s programme in construction informatics, as well as from the master’s programmes in BIM and bridge construction, had been invited. It was interesting to see how the knowledge presented in the lecture is implemented in practice.

We would like to thank Professors Jungwirth, Vilgertshofer and Preidel for the great organisation and the opportunity to offer the students insights into the practical implementation of the BIM method.
