Since 2010 the MOPO (Morgenpost newspaper) relay race has occupied a fixed place in the calendar of the race-mad Grassl employees. After a break of two years due to the coronavirus pandemic, yesterday evening it was that time again: after months of training, four GRASSL teams set off on the 5 × 5 km route through the Hamburg Stadtpark – undeterred by the tropical weather conditions! Cheered on by a great crowd of fans, the teams performed admirably to finish in 11^th, 238^th, 264^th and 533^rd places out of 880 participating teams. With the 11th place, the “GRASSL Strandperle” team has achieved our best results yet! Heartfelt thanks to our GRASSL catering team, which has continued the yearly tradition of providing us with food and beverages! We are looking forward to next year’s event!
