After three years of building work, the construction project in Wismar has been completed!

The completed underpass is 180 m long. Road traffic now runs underneath the railway tracks, bringing relief to local car, bicycle and pedestrian traffic on the Poeler Strasse.

Before the road was officially opened to traffic, DB Netz AG organised a celebration to thank all participants of this interesting and exciting construction project. As our Berlin team was responsible for work phases 5 to 7 of the structure, our Berlin colleagues joined the celebration in lovely weather.
