For the sixth year in succession GRASSL employees entered for the Munich relay race in the Westpark. A record number of participants entered and 35 runners in eight teams set off. In fabulous, almost too hot weather a total of 534 runners in 119 teams ran with us the three laps, each of 1.7 km.

Just as in last year's race the atmosphere was tremendous. The vociferous cheering of colleagues on every lap as the runners reached the tape motivated all the runners to give their best performance. We improved on our results from the previous year and everyone can be very satisfied with his or her performance. This year for the first time we entered a team of three women and they immediately scored with a triumphant 2nd place on the podium. Congratulations! Our top men's team achieved 7^th place out of 73 teams of five men - another excellent performance!
