GRASSL at the highest German bridge
High-flying team adventure
On 24 May, we visited the highest German railway bridge: the Müngsten Bridge at Solingen. We started from the valley and made our way through the bridge arch to the top and back again.
The bridge is 107 m high, and from the top of the bridge arch, the view over the valley was just spectacular! Not only did the climb provide some exercise, but also an opportunity to get to know the bridge and its history. Following the visit, we enjoyed refreshing drinks and tasty morsels on the patio of the Haus Müngsten restaurant.
