Site management and site supervision
Professional site supervision includes the supervision of construction in accordance with the authorisations under the public law and the execution documents. In coordination with the client, our experienced engineers ensure on-site that the client’s interests, quality and cost requirements and deadlines are met. We make sure that any construction measure is executed in accordance with the governing standards and the generally recognised state of the art.
To do so, it is imperative to have professional site management acting as the interface between the client and the subcontractors, public authorities, experts and owners of adjoining properties. At GRASSL, we carry out the entire range of services, from site organisation and interface management to contract and claims management.
Production supervision
The production or renovation of steel constructions and corrosion protection for engineering structures require additional production supervision during construction (external supervision), which includes all production processes in the factory and on-site. Our experts, such as welding engineers, coating inspectors or bolting engineers, who have vast experience and knowledge in the areas of steel and metal construction and corrosion protection, act as supervisors.
Health and safety coordination (SiGeKo) according to construction site ordinance
Compliance with the health and safety rules is of the highest priority on a construction site. We ensure that the requirements of the ordinance regarding health and safety on construction sites and the governing laws, rules and recommendations for work safety are adhered to during the planning and execution of construction.
The range of services offered by GRASSL includes the development of high-level and specific health and safety plans (SiGe plans), the creation of notices, the evaluation of documents for the preparation of construction works with respect to safety (risk assessment, work and operating instructions etc.), as well as the supervision of the work processes carried out according to the specifications.
