NEWS: WHAT'S HAPPENING AT GRASSL
As usual, a lot and everything at the same time. With roughly 700 projects per year things never get boring: Structures are put into operation, construction projects introduced or design competition entries presented. Take a look behind the scenes.
The first track closure has been concluded successfully. In just two weeks, the deep foundation of the abutments, the construction pit walls and the auxiliary bridges were built – a big challenge which was mastered skilfully by the team of the construction firms.

Work on the ramps of the temporary bypass of the Tatenberg bridge has been completed. The sheet piles have been pressed into place and the concrete roadway slab has been concreted. What are the next milestones and challenges?

The construction work on the route guidance systems (SBA, Streckenbeeinflussungsanlagen) on the A1 highway has been completed! In total, foundations were concreted at seven locations, supports were installed and barriers were lifted into place.

Halskestrasse is currently being upgraded for the creation of cycle route 9. A new pedestrian and cyclist bridge – a network arch bridge – has been built as part of this route.
